A group class divided into segments that include: mobility warmup, specialized strength training, Olympic lifting and body building exercises. Classes may also include calisthenics, body-weight gymnastic movements, core-strengthening exercises, short and long distance running.
Movement examples: Snatch, Deadlift, Clean and Jerk, Front/Back Squats, Pull-ups, Ring Dips etc.
Circuit training group class with light weight and equipment. Classes are designed to build strength and endurance by maintaining high intensity for long durations with short breaks in between.
Movement examples: Sit-up, Push-ups, Sprint, Lunges, Squats, etc.
